Dylan Reish - The Hammond Kitchen & Craft Bar
Chef Dylan started his culinary career as a dishwasher and has now been a Chef for over 16 years, which brought him to his current role as Director of Culinary at The Hammond Kitchen & Craft Bar . His passion for cooking has been elevated throughout the years by working with great Chefs and mentors. Words from a former Chef are words he tries to live by, "If you have passion for what you do for a living you will never work a day in your life." Which he tries to bring to The Hammond's fresh and seasonal menu. Dylan enjoys camping with his family, BBQing and loves the Seahawks.
