Brandon Carman - Legacy Medical Center Salmon Creek

Soup available only on Oct. 7 & 8 from 10 am - 2 pm in the Vendor Parking Lot on the east side of the hospital as the cafeteria is not currently open to the public.

Brandon is the 2019 Soup’s On! Presenting Sponsor Award winner!  He has been a Sous Chef at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center for ten years.  His ties to Legacy trace back to Legacy Emanuel where he was born.  Raised in Vancouver, Brandon started cooking in grade school making meals for his sisters and himself.  By 15, he was working as a fry cook and a dishwasher.  He has worked in the restaurant service industry for over 19 years.  He has a heart for those in need and makes sure that all unused food items at Legacy Salmon Creek are donated to Share House.
