Event Timeline
4:30 pm | Registration and Reception open!
Play Carnival Games and win raffle tickets for multiple cool prizes. Purchase raffle tickets and beads for our Heads & Tails, to win diamond earrings from Rand Jeweler! Carnival games will be located in the Discovery Ballroom until 6:00 pm
Break out that vintage jumpsuit, shiny pants, and platform shoes! Channel John Travolta with that three-piece disco suit! To avoid cultural insensitivity, please refrain from wigs or hairstyles that depict or mimic afros unless you are a member of the identifying culture.
6:00 pm | Dinner will be served in the Heritage Ballroom.
When you register, choose from Beef Sirloin Medallions or a Vegan Butternut Squash Risotto Cake, both served with seasonal vegetables and accompaniments. And check out the desserts! You'll find at your table Banana Creme Pie Tart or Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries.
