Meal Pick-up schedule and information!
If you purchased our $100 Charcuterie ticket, the meal & wine pick-up is this Wednesday, April 21 from 5 to 6 pm in the visitor's lot at Fort Vancouver High School, 5700 E 18th St. It will be a drive-through event and you won't even have to leave your car!
Sponsors and their guests pick up their Beaches dinners, wine, photo booth kits, and roses on Thursday, April 22, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at the old Warehouse '23 event space in the circle drive, at 100 Columbia Street. It will be a drive-through event and you won't even have to leave your car!
Pre-event Paddle Raise! You can easily make a donation for a paddle raise prior to the evening of the event! Just click on "silent auction," click on "get started," and create an account. Then go back into the silent auction and on the right click "paddle raise donation here."
If you recently attended another fundraising event using the same Greater Giving platform, you will need tologin with your existing username and password, and then re-enter your credit card information. If you skip or cancel out of that credit card step then it will take you back to the previous auction that you participated in. We apologize for any challenges you may experience.
On the night of the big event, just click on the Paddle Raise tab to make your donation! If you'd like so support one of our Dynamic Duos, just click the Dynamic Duo tab and pick your favorite duo!
We have emailed the event link to access the event on Friday evening. If you have not received it, please email Kim Hash at khash@sharevancouver.org.
We will be using the Remo platform that will give you the opportunity to mingle virtually with guests at your table as well as around the room! Please login to the Remo platform prior to the event to test your system! This is extremely important to make sure you have a pleasant event experience!
