"Soup's On! Celebrity Chefs Compete for Share!"

This year's magical theme is "Harry Potter and the Cauldron of Soup!"

Join us at ilani on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 4pm!

To ensure all our cauldrons are fully stocked,

be sure to send your owl early to reserve your seats.

Tickets are now on sale!

When you arrive and check in, you'll be given a packet with your table assignment and a bid card.

Be sure and register a credit card that will be used for raffle ticket purchases, the purchase of a centerpiece, or to make a donation during the paddle raise.  

You'll then get to select your keepsake bowl!  Place your bowl at your place setting and head to the soup lines to begin tasting!  

Each guest will also receive their own wand, which will be at your place setting!

There will be two lines for soup tasting. You'll be given a ballot and be sure to take notes to help you remember your favorite soup. At the end of the soup tasting, cast your ballot into the Goblet of Fire! You vote will help determine the chef that will take home the coveted Golden Ladle!

After you've voted, get your bowl and take it back to your favorite chef to fill with soup for your dinner. ilani will provide a salad, roll and dessert. Corwin Beverage has donated soft drinks which will be located in coolers around the perimeter of the ballroom, please help yourself! Bars will be available at which to purchase beer, wine or a signature cocktail!

Tickets go on sale.

October 3: 

Mystery Raffle Boxes go on sale until sold out!

October 16: 

Doors open at 4:00pm to the Cowlitz Ballroom at ilani Casino. 

We encourage you to don your best Hogwart’s robes, house colors and paraphernalia!

October 18-21: 

Purchased Mystery Raffle Boxes available for pick up at 2306 NE Andresen Rd.

You will be contacted by Share staff on 10/17 for scheduling pick up.

Vaccine Requirements

Proof of vaccination is no longer required

Wash Hands Frequently

Guests and staff are encouraged to frequently wash their hands with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds

Use Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the ballroom

Enhanced Cleaning

Cleaning procedures have been enhanced for all high-touch areas
